This policy explains how Janush Automation and Security Solutions ("we"), a unit of Janush Ventures Pvt. Ltd., handles information you share with us through this website, phone, WhatsApp or email.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you request a survey or quotation: name, phone number, area, the services you are interested in and any message you write.
- Standard technical data that web hosting records automatically, such as browser type and pages visited. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
- Where you found us (for example Google, Instagram or our Google Business Profile). This is added as a short "Ref" line to WhatsApp messages you send from this site, so we know which channels work.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation and deliver and support the work you order.
- To keep records of our projects, invoices and maintenance visits.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with team members and service partners who need it to do the work, or when the law requires it.
WhatsApp and phone
The survey form on this site opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Messages you send are handled under WhatsApp's own terms as well as this policy.
CCTV and security systems
Systems we install record on equipment you own. We access recordings or live views only when you ask us to, for example during installation, servicing or troubleshooting.
