Wired home automation, built into your walls
Our specialty · Best planned before plastering
About Wired Home Automation
Wired automation runs dedicated control cabling from every light, curtain motor, AC and gate back to a central controller, laid in concealed conduit while your home is being built. Because the control signal travels on its own cable, switches respond instantly and keep working when the Wi-Fi is down.
We work alongside your architect and electrician: we mark every control point on your electrical drawings, supervise the conduit stage, then install, programme and hand over a system your whole family can use from day one.
Try it: run a smart living room
Tap a scene, dim the lights, draw the curtains or change the AC. This is how one touch panel or your phone controls the whole room.

Wired Home Automation: common questions
When should I plan wired home automation?
Once the floor plan is final and before electrical conduit and plastering begin. Planning at this stage keeps both cost and wall work to a minimum. If your home is past that stage, we can still help with a mix of wired and wireless.
Is wired better than wireless home automation?
Wired is more reliable, responds faster and lasts as long as the house, so it suits new construction. Wireless retrofit suits finished homes where you do not want to break walls. Many homes use wired for the main circuits and wireless for later additions.
Will my lights still work if the internet or app is down?
Yes. Control is local, so wall panels and scenes keep working without internet. Only remote control from outside the home needs the internet.
How much does wired home automation cost in Chennai?
It depends on the number of rooms, circuits and features you choose. After a free site survey we send an itemised quotation, so you pay only for what your home needs.
