About Gate Automation
An automatic gate opens as your car arrives, closes behind you and can be opened for a visitor from your phone. It removes the daily routine of getting out in the rain or waiting for someone to open the gate.
We check the gate's weight, rails and hinges, choose the right sliding or swing operator, and fit safety sensors so the gate stops for people, pets and vehicles.

Gate Automation: common questions
Can my existing gate be automated?
Most well-built gates can. During the survey we check the gate's weight, rail, hinges and alignment and tell you if any repair is needed first.
What happens in a power cut?
With battery backup the gate keeps working for a number of cycles. Every operator also has a manual release key.
Is an automatic gate safe for children and pets?
Yes, when fitted with safety photocells. The gate stops and reverses if anything blocks its path.
Do you service automatic gates?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance for gates we install and for existing gate operators.
